Il collettivo Bouganville presenta Granaio, un’iniziativa di crowdsourcing, un pranzo, un modo per finanziare i propri progetti culturali e per stare insieme.

Approfondiamo l'iniziativa Granaio assieme al collettivo Bouganiville:
WWW) Da dove viene l'idea del Granaio e come mai avete scelto questo nome?
Bouganville) Granaio è un pranzo a cadenza irregolare i ricavati del quale, una volta coperti i costi delle spese, vanno a formare un piccolo grant per progetti culturali ad ampio raggio. I partecipanti al pranzo, in seguito alla donazione di 10 euro, possono votare il progetto secondo loro più meritevole tra quelli che hanno fatto richiesta, il quale vincerà la somma corrispondente all'ammontare del ricavato. L’idea prende inspirazione da INCUBATE, un collettivo di Chicago che indaga le relazioni tra produzione artistica e il quotidiano. La Sunday Souop (questo il nome originale) non solo genera fondi indipendenti per progetti creativi, ma crea una piattaforma di condivisione di idee, stimola la partecipazione e alimenta lo scambio all’interno di una comunità di riferimento. Granaio è quindi allo stesso tempo un pranzo, un programma di finanziamento alternativo per progetti artistici e un esperimento di Democrazia. Il nome è nato da un brainstorming tra i membri del collettivo Bouganville, con l’idea di mettere insieme l’aspetto culinario, basato su prodotti semplici e naturali (il grano), e quello di raccolta fondi (la grana).
WWW) Che tipo di progetti avete finanziato finora e che tipo di progetti accoglierete a WWW?
Bouganville) Tra il 2010 e il 2011 sono stati organizzati 5 Granai, distribuendo un totale di 1300 euro tra i vincitori delle diverse edizioni. È interessante notare come i progetti vincitori sono spesso stati quelli con un maggiore impatto/risonanza a livello sociale. Ad esempio Boite, una rivista indipendente, Riccardo Olivier, un ballerino che ha proposto un performance all’interno della metropolitana di Milano, Fandema un gruppo di teatro dell’oppresso.
WWW) Cosa vi aspettate che accada, durante un granaio, tra voi, i commensali e chi presenta un progetto?
Bouganville) L’atmosfera che si crea durante il Granaio è sempre informale e piacevole. Il fatto di trovarsi seduti intorno ad un tavolo condividendo un pasto avvicina le persone, le mette a proprio agio. Durante il pranzo vengono presentati i progetti, e gli stessi artisti sono parte della comunità di riferimento, così nasce spontanea la voglia di discutere, di condividere idee e visioni. A quel punto l’importante non è vincere il grant, la cosa più preziosa diventa la possibilità di un vero dialogo.
